Wake up & make up!
It is so important to spend some time making yourself feel good. We are so consumed with life, work, kids that we forget to take the time to slow down & get on top of self care.
How does one do this? Give yourself 15 minutes every morning to pop on your favourite podcast or playlist, sip on your cup of coffee (or tea) and add some life and colour into your face. It's amazing what a tinted moisturiser, some mascara and a fab lippy can do. I know that when I look and feel good, I am ready to conquer anything!
